Hoarmony between body and life is maintaining physical health by following moderation in food, work, rest, sex and use of thought-force.
Harmony between life (soul) and mind is to streamline the mind in creative and positive thoughts and keeping it in peace and contentment.
Harmony between individual and society means to pratise the virtues of three principles - Morality, Duty and Charity. It also means to respect the birth-rights, freedom, security, needs and ambitions of others and discipline ones own activities and enjoyments. Harmony between nature and will is to respect the natural rhythm and consciousness in everything, whether inanimate or animate and deal with everything properly with the awareness of the Cause and Effect system of Nature.
These are the essential aspect of education to be learnt and followed by mankind for a happy, prosperous and peaceful life. All these aspects of education, practices, and follow-up are included in the SKY system.
In the world of different concepts, practices and habits, introducing the realities of life is difficult. But in course of time,the people will understand the value of SKY and obtain the benefits.
